    3000 in Dallas and 2000 more in Chicago.

    They are laying off marketing people and adding operations people. The company will be drastically different moving forward that they are no longer looking for hyper growth.

    They are also expanding their presence in Dallas by hiring 3000 employees in a new headquarters, with a 34 million dollar grant from the city amd state
