Wow, did you contact Lyft directly with this info?
Yes you can book the same day or up to 7 days in advance it is up to you! I am unsure where anacortes is but if it is a small place without many drivers then I would recommend booking in advance.
Good advice, I have never thought about this. I would have been embarrassed to go but I guess you really should.
I am never sure how these valuations are actually determined... they always seem quite high to me, but what do I know?
Like they will die after 4 years? Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
Ive never had an uber driver do this but I did use upper classmen in college with cars to drive out at 1am and get me food
Oh, it definitely made me smile :)
August fools! 😂
WHAT? Wait is this a joke or a real thing?! I truly cannot comprehend what is happening here. Why would Uber do this and at the same time poke fun at the riders by calling it "trashy Tuesday"? This is nuts if it is real.
Can you post a link with more info?
I hate how entitled Uber thinks they are.
I dont see the big deal with having two apps...
probably wasn't even a US citizen...
People are willing to work for next to nothing, or maybe they don't realize they are getting next to nothing? Either way, I hardly anticipate a driver shortage anytime soon. It is too easy to sign up and feel like you are making some extra cash.
Yep. This. "The only reason for Uber to release that information is to boost their pre IPO valuation."
Why such a creepy picture?! Is he holding his own face with a taxi car smashed into it? AHHH
I never get the importance of these stories. They are clearly trying to give Uber drivers a bad name but this person wasn't even an UBER driver!! I hate the media.
OMG that poor driver. Thank god he got that on camera.
I see no reason why you couldn't use Uber/Lyft for this! You might incur some extra airport fees though.
Until they run out of batteries...
