Uber’s Contact Info for Driver Partners (Uber Driver Diaries)

The other day I sent an email to [email protected] with a support question.  That had always been the way to contact them in the past.  I was stunned to get a message back that read:

We’re sorry. You’ve contacted an address that does not accept incoming email. We’re not monitoring questions through this email address and this request has not been received by our support team.
– Team Uber

So I go to help.uber.com as they recommended and it was no help at all – at least not at first, second or third glance!  There seemed to be no way to contact them from that page.  After doing about an hour’s worth of searching I finally found it.Go to:Uber Help  and login to your account.

Under the Account Menu, click on Account.  Then you can select a few different things.  One is, “I want to delete My Account”.  

They’ll ask you to type in your full name to confirm – so leave that blank – so they won’t delete your account!  In the “Share details” box, they say, “If you have a specific issue you’d like help with, please tell us about it.”  And that’s where you can tell them about your issue.

You should get priority support here since they’re desperate to stop losing drivers.
