Drivers license denied

So I had to renew my drivers license about 4 weeks ago BC it was birthday and it was time to renew it. Uber needed to approve my new dl and to this date has denied it over 35 times! First my picture was blurry so I scanned it into my computer and sent it that way now the error message is that it’s expired! When it clearly reads 2029! I’ve contacted support over 20 times and I get there call center in India and they say “a specialized team looks at new documents and decides”.... um anyone have any ideas on help? I was platinum before and Uber is my main source of income and I am looking at possible eviction. Ty
