    I don't think they have much of an advantage, if anything they have branded themselves as the "nice guys" which may win over some customers but most likely not enough to take down Uber.

    I really don't see any competitive advantage that Lyft has over Uber. Maybe avoiding all the negative press that seems to find Uber?

    Well they are not trying to advance technology for flying cars and self driving vehicles and everything else under the sun so they can focus more on actually being a rideshare company.

    They came second, they can see what Uber did wrong and fix it. However, at this point I think that competitive advantage is over.
