Since this is a relatively new space I believe companies are still trying to figure out the best equations for getting the most orders and making the most money. They need to stay competitive with their delivery fees but go too low and they wont make any money. Vice versa, go to high and they wont get any orders. I have seen fees flux a bit as well as constant promotions. It is always a good idea to shop around!

They came second, they can see what Uber did wrong and fix it. However, at this point I think that competitive advantage is over.
