The circle keeps on spinning.
I am sure it eventually reaches a driver that has super low ratings.
I wonder if UberEats customers give low ratings to drivers who, through no fault of their own, deliver an order with something wrong? I.e., the food is cold or miscooked.
Oh, for sure.
It happens with regular rides too, right? Like another passenger on a shared ride is a jerk or heavy traffic causes major delays.
Tough situation for any driver. There should be a separate rating for the restaurant itself to report bad foods or wrong orders.
I agree, I’ve noticed Uber has done a pretty good job at separating the two issues if comes to it. But Uber eats has their ratings set up so the driver doesn’t get the restaurants rating and vise versa.
I agree with you Mathew! Thank You!😊
Hmm. I guess we have to ask a restaurant owner for this one.
Surges and boost apply to UberEats too. So I assume once it starts shooting up, some drivers will pick up.
Just so you know, in many areas, UberX drivers are required to receive UberEats requests too. (though yes, they can decline those.)
We are not “required” to pick up eats orders too! Actually a driver has to apply and be approved to do it so it’s actually something extra a driver has to ask for!
We (Drivers) ARE NOT REQUIRED to do Uber eats! Actually we have to ask and apply for it! Get your facts straight!
Oh no somebody asked a question! Better act like an asshole.
