My dream rideshare company would focus on comfort and vibe as much as fair driver pay. Riders should feel like they're stepping into a clean, relaxing space with optional music so they can enjoy the ride without saying a word. Drivers would have full control, fair rates, and tools that actually help instead of stress them out.
And honestly, even something simple like crystal-clear sound matters no static, no buzzing, like when I use my speaker setup at home to keep things smooth and enjoyable. Little details make the whole experience better for everyone.
