I looked it up to make sure that Uber was available at Bishop Airport. Yes drivers can pick up at that airport. So as long as they have the app there should not be a problem. You can use the free fare calculator here on ride guru to estimate the cost. It will also give you other rideshare cost Lyft, taxi, etc...
If Uber or Lyft is servicing the area, I don't see why not
