Would a Uber X be able to fit 2 riders and luggage?

Hello, 

I want to make a pre-arranged Uber ride for 2 people and their luggage. Will an Uber X be a big enough vehicle  for that arrangement?  

Uber X are the only Ubers used in pre-arranged pick up and drop offs.  Plus, they need to be at the airport 2 hours before take off which would be at 3am Sunday morning June 23rd. Going to New York City!

Are there Uber drivers available during those times?
