Do you use Ola to commute to work? Have you heard of the Ola Pass which offers riders hassle-free travel with simple flat fare rides? If not, here is everything you need to know about signing up for the Ola Pass and saving money on your commute!
The Ola Pass is available in two types, the Cab Pass and the Auto Pass. With the Cab Pass, you can take a cab (Micro, Mini, and Prime) ride anywhere in the in the city with fixed fares starting as low as INR 80. With the Auto Pass, you can take auto rides with fixed fares starting as low as INR. 69. The fixed fares do vary depending on service and city but the fare for your cab or auto pass ride will always be indicated on your Ola app before you choose to confirm a booking.
1. Open your Ola app and navigate to the "menu"
2. Select "Get Ola Pass"
3. Select either the "Cab Pass" or the "Auto Pass" and then tap "Continue"
4. Finally select "Buy Now" to complete the transaction.
It is important to note that you must have the correct city selected before you purchase your Ola pass as each city has it's own unique Ola Pass requirements and an Ola Pass for one city will not work in another.
Currently, Ola pass is only available in select cities. You will be notified on your Ola app if the pass is available for you.
