Momof 4 seems like this company is a scam. I see they answered other persons post but when you asked all these questions he didn't answer you. I wouldn't believe this company if i were you. Asking to put out 200.00 how many riders will even request a ride? You could wait for hours not get one damn ride.
I agree. These videos people post always leave out the beginning. The part where they are the ones who started it. I doubt that driver started the whole thing. Seems like she did something or said something to escalate the situation. Funny how none of these people who post these videos are never doing anything wrong. They are perfect law abiding respectful citizens. Driver probably should've handled things better and not said the things he did. I have to wonder what she said to make this man so angry. Unless he is just a total hot head. Also wonder what his rating is? Wouldnt Uber have fired him if this was his behavior in past rides? If thats the case again why so angry on this ride? Only thing i can think of is he was having a really bad day or woman did or said things prior to putting video on. Why are passengers allowed to post videos when drivers are not allowed to ?
People obviously not taking care of their dog too well. Yes that is strange that you came across same dog 2 times. Wonder if dog always wanders the streets? Neighbors should report this dog its going to get hit by a car.
This is terrible. Someone out trying to do a job to provide for family. Two little ones lost their mom and sibling they never got to meet. Father lost his significant other and his child. For what? What has this world come to? Momof4 I agree. How do drivers keep themselves safe? I don't see any situation especially a female being able to protect themselves. As you said you are in awkward position and rider has the upper hand. If your intuition tells you something isn't right assume you are correct. Pull over in well lit area, get out, and get help. Better to be wrong then end up seriously injured or dead. Drivers be careful and be safe.
Pretty rude not to tip if they too drive for Uber. It would be like a waitress not tipping when they go out to eat. Difficult pick up and dirting your car definately tip worthy.
Well said momof4. They definately need to do better background checks. Too many sketchy drivers out there. Uber would avoid some of their lawsuits if they did better checks most definately. Uber should also meet face to face with a potential driver as some of these drivers are crazy. It also stinks when driver knows no English what so ever. Very diffucult to communicate
