Uber's Customer Service AI/Chatbot or Human? Conspiracy theories of a driver who lost their mind while dealing with Uber CS.

I have lots of downtime between 245am 515am. I clean my car and sit and have coffee at local Gas Station and chat with the workers I know. Yes I have no life:) If I go home I will not come back out.  On my down time I get bored so I write very lengthy post here. You know where I am going with this. Yes another lenghty post (havent mastered short ones). Before I address what the post is about keep in mind. It's the middle of the night, tired, bored, and probably had a few crazy rides or in this case a few arguements with you guessed it The Infamous Uber Support. Although I think most drivers think Uber Support are AI/chatbots whatever you choose to call them). I am still undecided but definately leaning towards AI. Had issue with something sent message we all know what happens when we do this. Got the bs answer flipped out hung up on guy. As you all know when you sign up to be a driver you need a profile pic. I sent mine in with no issues. I have not changed shape, form, color, etc since that profile pic.  Two days later I head out at 11pm on a Saturday night my area has a nice surge. Log on asked to verify identity like any other time but this time "no match" comes up. Wth Uber? I cannot log on. I send message get the infamous Uber scripted response so I call. Got same bs answer I call again. I get another idiot that yet again gives me same response. I am furious at this point flip out, complain, call him a few choice not so nice adjectives. Hang up on him. Finally 3 days later I can log on no explanation. For 2 weekends while rider is in car, end of trip, beginning of trip, doing 75 on I 95 (not with rider), randomly 7, 8, 9X a night I am either …

Of course my dumbass (cause I havent learned by now not to send messages to Uber support) I complain about this, finally after 2 weekends it stops. Ok case closed. Whatever.

As some of you know had issues with long pick up fees with the snow and traffic this past week. Go through the usual BS process, we all know the outcome. ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF IT NOW, not even about the 10/20.00. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. Ten times I get sent how long pick up fees work. Its burned into my damn screen on my cell phone they sent it so many times. So my 11th message explained that I drive a Honda Pilot and what a Honda Pilot is, no I am not a Pilot i dont transport my riders in a plane, my car dont fly, i dont drive a monster truck or tank, dont have a flying elephant or magic carpet therefore i was stuck in traffic and snow like every other person in Philly. I am not Moses traffic didnt part for me like the red sea parted for Moses. So it did take me 26 and 47 min to get to rider. After that I got more angrier, sarcastic, and verbally abusive. I ended it with saying i will no longer accept long pick up fee requests. Not that it matters not that they care. Sitting at Sunoco with rider & driver app on last night watching the 8 Ubers in 3 block radius on rider app none disappearing and 2 in lot with me playing on phone no request.   From 145am until 210 I got not 1 not 2, 3 but 7 long pick up request in a row. Decline X7. My Acceptance rate 34%. Every trip was 20 to 30 min away 18, 22, 25 miles away. I have never received more than 3 long pick ups in 8 hrs and never more than 20 min and sure as hell not 18 to 25 miles away. Check with 2 drivers in same parking they got nothing. So here are my thoughts

 A. A human that I pissed off at Uber CS knows someone in computer department and it was payback time for my rude but deserving messages and calls and set all this up

OR

B. AI didnt like what I called them and wrote to them so they are revolting against human drivers and decided to take a stand and torture me with all those pics and all the long pick up trips. (Kind of still on fence with choice b lol)

Yes I very well maybe paranoid, crazy, at this point:) Uber's fault. I am starting to consider that Uber CS human, AI or both are now able to terrorize driver if they feel the need to for paybacks:) 

What are your thoughts on my new found rediculous conspiracy theory?  Maybe its just all part of Ubers need to control the drivers? New algorithm? Have I finally lost it? Maybe its from inhaling all that air freshner? Ok not ready for looney bin yet. Just thought everything else in the world had conspiracy theories why not add Uber CS to the list? Hope if anyone read this you at least got a  smile or laugh out of it. Please all be extra careful if driving the holidays. Especially tomorrow night . Watch for all the drunks and the usual idiots.     All those Uber support people HAVE to be outsourced, India/China? It is just a ton of standard stock emails that they pick randomly (I am sure they think the answer fits...) to respond with.  Maybe we should start a thread with the most ridiculous Uber support answers we have gotten.

    Definitely Option A! Come on, we all hear the stories of the types of people who work at Uber, they would definitely be the "revenge" type.  Sorry though, this sucks.

    My vote is for AI. Anything is possible.
