Of course a limo is a luxury ride...
How long did this take you??
How would the pricing work on this?
I have heard of a few, Nexar AI, Smart Dash Cam, CamOnRoad, AutoBoy Dash Cam, but I think often you have to pay to keep the recordings which renders these pointless. Also, I don't know if it will work at the same time as the Uber Driver app.
This doesn't even make sense, I mean can't you easily prove you did not leave your phone in the car by showing that you never filed a lost item ticket?
Yes, most would be willing to wait a short time while you run a quick errand but be aware that you will be charged for every minute the taxi or rideshare vehicle sits outside waiting!
Does the car rental place have any charges for the miles put on the car? Or is it a flat $250 per week no matter what?
Wow, that is just awful, people are sick.
You should start by requesting Ubers (maybe a little earlier than you normally would in case there are not many drivers around) and once you find a driver you like, see if you can make a deal on the side for regular transport.
Do you have a community forum you could write on and see if anyone else is in the same boat? Perhaps you could carpool with a neighbor and give them gas money.
Doesn't Disney offer like a magic bus or something? Regardless, Uber is super easy, just order on the app and follow the signs to the pick up area at the airport.
Most rideshares do not take cash, you will need to input your credit card information into the app.
Where are you?? We cannot answer this question without knowing where you are...
BTW, the quickest way to see if there are any drivers near you is to turn on your Uber app and see if there are any drivers available!
I would think Myrtle Beach would be one of those places were you get heavy ridership in the summer and then barely nothing in the Winter. I wonder if it makes sense to do another job for the winter months or maybe delivery?
So if the driver messes up (tips the food upside down in the car) the restaurant has to pay? That seems quite unfair.
Does this work if you have two passengers in the back?
I am surprised this isn't documented in your Lyft app? You got no notification in your app or an email? Normally you do.
In the future I would take a picture of the incident as well so your driver cannot try to scam you!
nope, I don't trust that Lyft is actually donating are money. More likely that this is "round up and donate to our execs".
Wow, that is nuts. Seems almost like they are just trying to cut down on drivers? What state are you driving in? No where did they tell you the reason?
Call me optimistic but I strongly think this is going to pass and Uber and Lyft will be struggling to figure out there new strategy.
