My ability to drive for Uber has been restricted for the past month for no legitimate reason, based on some information on my driver record, according to the company, Checkr that they use to complete backgrond checks. I  have contacted both Checkr and Uber Support more times than i can count, and I have contacted the BMV state office to inquire about whether or not there was anything on my record, and they told me that they could not find anything, and that I have no points, tickets or anything else. While i was talking with the BMV, I also had a representative from Checkr on the phone for a 3 way call. I have paid for my official driving record and have sent a copy to Checkr and Uber Support to show them that there is nothing on my driving record that should have me still restricted from driving. I have driven for Uber for 3.5 years, with a 4.9 driver rating and Gold driver status. Anyone that eill take the time to read and thoroughly investigate this matter, will see that this makes NO sense. In addition to everything that I have documented in this post, I am also approved to drive for Lyft who uses the same background check company, and I am a State Full time Employee and have to be in good driver standing to be employed through the state🤔

I have totally valid documents that keep coming back as invalid although they have been checked and rechecked by Uber Help. There is no way to appeal or reach a live person who can help.

I've had many driver accounts suspended for up to six weeks. There's a glitch in the checker/uber system. It's your right to request a copy of your background check from checker. Once you have that and see nothing wrong with it, take it to your Greenlight hub and hope for the best. Most of the drivers I know who had the same problem are back on the platform and sone even got compensated for the mistake.

Wow, that is nuts. Seems almost like they are just trying to cut down on drivers? What state are you driving in? No where did they tell you the reason?
