I want to schedule a pick up in advance from Spokane International Airport to Saint Marie’s , Idaho. 97 miles one way. 8/3/21. @11:30 am. Is this possible? Or do I wait until landed in Spokane. I have a schedule to meet once landed in Spokane.

Here is a great thread on booking rides in advance. With Uber and Lyft you can schedule rides ahead of time but they are not guaranteed!
