Four Wheel Drive Cars with Uber
There is no formal option to request a four wheel drive car through Uber but most Uber XL and Uber SUV vehicles should be equipped with 4 wheel drive in colder climates.
You can always request a car and immediately contact the driver to see if their vehicle has 4 wheel drive.

If you are going to Boston or wherever it snows, as long as you request an SUV option, they all should be 4 wheel drive. You can't even buy 2 wheel version of SUVs in most cases.
The same is true whether it's Uber or Lyft.
