Interesting question. I don't think so anymore, at least not in the US. Maybe in some places internationally?
Not in my area. Airports in my market the cabs are separate from the rideshare drivers. I would think in some areas it could be an issue although I think for the most part we have learned to all get along. Would like to hear if there are cities where this happens.
