No, you cannot.
Hahaha, I know why you ask. When strangers have to share something, there can always be conflicts and you may want to provide feedback.
Unfortunately, there is no way for you to review other passengers. Perhaps you can contact Lyft or have the driver leave a negative review (and feedback). Here's the official note from Lyft.
At this time, passengers can only rate the driver and not the other passengers in the ride.
