Can I contact my Uber and Lyft driver after the ride is over?

Can I contact my driver after the trip is completed?  I want to get in touch with him.

    This opens up a whole world of possibilities for riders who want to contact drivers afterwards...by pretending to have lost an item.

      Actually, this is a thing.  Drivers do get calls from disgruntled drivers from passengers who abuse this "Lost Item" thing. Isn't that messed up?

      It's a feature that's there for convenience.  This helpful thing where people in stress and panic and some weirdos ruin it by using it for BS.

        I drive for Lyft and I can vouch for this.  It's crappy.  This happens often after a no-show from a customer who is pissed I couldn't find him.  I feel like once the rider has been cancelled, the switchboard should stop working immediately, but they seems to get through all the time.

      It looks like others thing riders are harassing the drivers, but couldn't it be friendly or a pick-up?

    Wait, now I am intrigued.  Are you trying to contact the driver for other reasons, say because you found him (or her) attractive? Slightly creepy, but I am sure that happens.
