Why are we still allowing these rideshare companies (Uber/Lyft) to not have an actual live human customer service agent?? You know, someone you can actually TALK to when you’re having a problem? I’d much rather deal with a person that might not have the answer than a bot that will just disable my account after 2-3 days of me going nowhere trying to get it to understand what I’m even talking about. For all the times that an Uber or Lyft might be more convenient than a taxi, I may just go back to taxis for the plain and simple fact that if I have a problem I have a human being that I can talk to
