RIDEGURU
Why is it OK for Uber to not listen to what you are saying and offer canned responses that are irrelevant? To add: why is it that if they actually respond to a message for support, they NEVER EVER include the original message??? How am I supposed to remember which one they are responding too? This is criminal.
