Why is Uber support so bad ? IE no real conflict resolution,Greenlight hubs here in Las Vegas all shutdown except 1 location 15 miles on the other side of town and phone support is a call center outside of the country with only low level personel not really knowing too much either.

Honestly, I can't even find their phone number.
They have like a new hotline, where you message them and they are supposed to call you back, but it never has worked. Dead serious. I got some texts from some foreign person, and when I responded, I got some automated messages back. It's VERY weird. Did they grow too fast? How's their 180-day to change going? LOL.
Their Support is pretty bad. I do try the email as that is suggested, but it is difficult to believe they are being answered by real people. They act more like machines in a way that they follow the scripts very closely and must be copy/paste. I have done full circle of back-and-forths, where I would receive the same exact response as the first response, after we have exchanged messages 5 times. I pretty much gave up at that point.
In fact, I think that is what they are hoping for. For people to give up.
I can't imagine being a driver where my livelihood depended on it. Say my pay didn't come through. I would lose my mind talking to a machine over why I didn't get paid (or wahtever)
I thought OP was emphathizing with Tech Support, feeling sorry that they get shat on all the time. "Poor uber..."
Uber support is truly the worst. I go out of my way to not contact Uber support if I can, the obviously do not care about their drivers.
Sadly there isn't much we can do about it. Uber isn't going to change unless it makes them a bigger profit somehow.
Lyft isn't much better either...
Lyft is exactly the same. Endless loop of scripted responses.
