I don't expect my driver to help me - just pop open the trunk and I am happy.
Why wouldn't you want the help?
If you help the greater the chance you will get a tip! At least in my experience.
or get a better star rating.
This obviously depends on the expectation. With UberBlack, people usually expect it, but with a UberX, perhaps not. (or expect it less)
