Do you have comments or questions to people who take rideshares? Any driver advice for your passengers or other ridehailers? Share your thoughts, feedback, complaints and have them be heard by real rideshare riders.

    Are you a rider asking this question to the passengers? or Are you a passenger asking other passengers?

    I am a driver, and yeah, people do leave negative ratings for the smell.  I keep my car super fresh and clean, but I have gotten complaints about smells from previous passengers and sometimes my air freshener being too strong. (I don't use one anymore.  Just Febreeze-equivalent.)

    We actually do get summarized comments from our riders.  It looks like a Yelp review with star-ratings and all.

    I would guess that’s one of the number one comments left for drivers. I mean wasn’t that one of the stereotypes of riding in a cab?

    People care. Smelly ride isn’t a pleasant ride.
