There are two ways to leave a rating and tip your drive. You can do it the next time you open the app (it automatically appears on the screen) or you can use the link in the email receipt. This seems to indicate that you have infinite time, but we are told that any reviews (and tip) you leave after 30 days would be ignored. (source Uber)
