    Hopefully it doesnt come out of drivers pay. Uber better be eating the cost.  Free cancellations in 15 min window. Just enough time to get to pick up wait 5 min and get cancelled.  That will screw drivers. We may still get 3.75 but riders may opt to cancel more. Access to highly rated drivers for Diamond status. That may just cause highly rated drivers travel further for pick ups. Can't wait to see how many more problems this will cause drivers.
