Yes, that is rolling out as well and for the top tier will even include FREE college courses (on line) that are accredited. Increases in pay rate depending on your rating and acceptance etc... Let's not look a gift horse in the mouth as I know plenty will complain, and just as I would like to see the rates increased (especially in our market) it's still a bonus. Unfortunately for those of us (like myself) that only drive occasionally since there's now SO MANY drivers and the rates are low, it won't help me much, but I'll take all I can!
