Check your Smartphone!
Once you submit a request, assuming this is a mobile-enabled rideshare service like Uber and Lyft, you should be able to see this information on your smartphone inside the app. You should be able to see the location of the car, how long until arrival, etc.
You can always contact the driver as well!
