Yeah, that's definitely a problem a lot of customers have with uber/lyft and even shuttle companies. Especially this winter! SocialDrv certainly aims to provide the peace of mind (much needed when you're dealing with constant flight changes/cancellations!)

Right, there's no way to cancel or adjust your scheduled Uber or Lyft while you are in the air.
I will also admit that when I am at the airport, it is a bit awkward to request a Uber or Lyft as the rules are different in every airport. Furthermore, they usualy suggest that we wait to request a cal until we get to the curb. The problem with this is that you end up waiting on the curb for 10~15 minutes as the cars make it from waiting areas which is usually off site away from the airport. On a nice day, it may be ok, but on a cold blistering winter day?
