Insurance has got to be a problem.

Though, Hertz does allow additional drivers on the file, and usually it's just a matter of asking. They often won't even charge anything, so you may want to ask Hertz about it.

I'd imagine not. I did hear that while they claim personal use is okay, there are limits no whow and where you can drive. For example, I believe you cannot drive it out of a state.
