This takes the cake, a man riding his Lime scooter on the highway in Texas, crossing 4 lanes of traffic!

I personally had enough of these pests. Littering the sidewalks, irresponsible riders not obeying traffic laws and all without a helmet.

    Drugs do weird things to people... This is not the actions of a sober person.

      You'll be surprised how a millennial's brain is wired without drugs, they're just different since they've grown up with a super computer called smartphone in their hands since birth. 

      Real world has no meaning to them.

    This is ridiculous, not only could this guy have gotten killed but more likely he could have caused a major accident. How is this not illegal?

      It is illegal, since the cities don't enforce laws, not sure they even have them in the books for micromobility, almost every rider is breaking some sort of law. Start writing them $1000 tickets and hit the riders with a point in their DL, it'll stop.
