DF is destination filter I want a DNDF (Don Not Drive Filter) or WNDF (will not drive filter). Whatever you want to call it. Just a filter not to drive to NYC:) Hate when I am in NJ and end up getting a NY trip. I dont care where else they want me to go but hate NYC, JFK, and La Guardia. Dont make crap because traffic is awful getting out of there. Cant pick up there. Drivers up there suck! Rude, self entitled, taxi drivers (most not all) probably Uber and Lyft drivers also. Lol So frustrating when you head back empty and it takes 2/3 hrs. Just saying NY drivers shouldnt be allowed to pick up in other states if we cant pick up in their state. My DNDF would be set to NYC always. Some riders have common courtesy to tip you knowing you cant drive anyone out others just dont care. Before anyone says well maybe the riders didnt know 9 out of 10 riders know this.

Here is what urban dictionary gives me:

      designated non-discriminatory friend

This is the true wingman. The friend in your group who does not discriminate against anyone of the oppisite sex. They will hook up with the fugliest of fugly. The next day when you talk to them, after going out, they never talk about themselves they only want to make sure you hooked up! You can use " DNDF" to shorten it up

      Got it!

Getting things done around here, more changes to come, seems like a lot more activity on the forum.

Yes definitely. I posted something on a you tuber's  fb page for rideshare drivers. Some of the drivers are tired of other drivers being rude. Some of them are worse than U peeps (no need to mention them here by real name) lol

Do you have Private plates or Livery Insurance ??  New Jersey drivers suck !!!  Most ride share drivers in NYC suck   because a lot of them are newbies. Yellow drivers suck also because you guys are giving them the salami. As for me I drive for private cab company and I just go with the flow because I've been doing this too damn long

Just a cheap gap insurance. No private plates. I run my private rides still in Uber or Lyft app. Just get a nice tip and guarenteed to be called for the long rides. I dont mess with the cash rides. I may have a friend or 2 and their family I do favors for but prefer sticking with apps to stay out of trouble:)

I just interviewed a veteran taxi driver from Florida, in fact his story is going to get published within the next 10 days on couple of blogs. Maybe, you're next?

It's a good idea but they probably will never do this. I think they rely on drivers being "willing" to drive anywhere. Otherwise no one would want to drive to NYC right.

It's like the million $ I wish for. I know I am not getting it but one can wish.😊 I would drive anywhere, do drive everywhere but just hate NYC:) I still drive there unlike the drivers who show up find out where the rider is going and say they cant drive there. Apparently many NJ drivers do this if they find out its NYC, NY airports, or Philadelphia airport. Just hate those trips and driving in the traffic and jam packed city. Between taxi cabs, bicycle delivery people, and pedestrians (that pay no mind to anything) it's one of my most dreaded places to drive:) Thankfully doesnt happen often. The way Uber sends the exact amt of min versus 45+ like Lyft I can usually tell so I dont accept. Lyft I can tell as I get close to pick up. I dont like to cancel and have only did it once on a NY trip to JFK. It had just started pouring really bad out and rush hour was starting. I was coming up on 8hrs of driving. It wouldve been a very long trip home with traffic on way back. Rider had …

Rider should've been ready anyway:)
