RIDEGURU
For the past 5 days I have made numerous attempts to register @ uber as a rider without success.
I have tried with iphone app and pc with no luck.
"We are unable to make an account for you, please visit... (website signup-support page)".
They require an active registration to get help ?! :/
I have mailed them from there and get no answer. I have never had an account with them either.
any suggestions - have others had this problem ?

Uber support is mostly useless, try Lyft. Ive heard about these complaints the past week or so
