Uber releasing new driver app with gamified elements.

I wonder how hard the bonuses are to achieve. They probably make it seem realistic but it actuality it is incredibly difficult.

Interesting the article talks about how Uber took driver feedback seriously in building the app yet from what I am reading, drivers dont want all the psychological gamification stuff. There is a disconnect somewhere...

How many points for hitting a pedestrian?  We will finally know after years of making jokes about it growing up

Good Morning to all current and potential driver partners :

I started driving 1-1/2 year ago. it was a royal PAIN in the u know where. I started back couple months andd am very surprised by the different changes being made. I will admit there still some bugs  ,  the uber eats pay scale is WAYYYY BAD !!! that by itsef needs to get better.  lots of stuff driver can do now that will not get him/her knocked off the platform. Driver can actually Call driver support and get a resonablly quick solution. 

Case In point    

last week there was a Quest / promotion that said if a driver can do 20 call , he/she will receive a $30 BONUS. I got mine. 

Bottom line , You get out of something what u want , depending upon the effort u put forth.....
