HI,

Uber states that Uber X is for 3 passengers max.   Now that the mask mandate is removed, they still say only 3.   While our cars have 4 passenger seatbelts, and pax still request Uber X with 4 passengers.

Another driver told me that a 4'th passenger is not covered under insurance.  Is that true???
