I know pool only allows a pax to request 2 spots max in a car but this person has 3 people and played dumb saying she didn't know. It is pretty obvious when booking a ride, anyways is there an easy way to change this ride over to a normal uber ride?
Pax requested pool ride but showed up with 3 people

No, this isn't allowed. It's even in the Uber's guidelines to decline passengers who show up with too many passengers.
This applies to cases when the pax shows up with two but didn't specify it in advance. This is because Uber's algorithm is trying to figure out the route for subsequent pickups. Imagine if you let two people on but you ended up picking up a few more exceeding the capacity. (though, in reality, UberPool usually stops for 2 pickups, so two plus two should fit in an UberX.)
Make the passenger cancel the ride and order an UberX - they should know better.
Ive had people order pool rides and put only 1 pax but then show up with 2 jsut to avoid paying the $1 fee. Cheap jerks.
I never get this - Uber X is so cheap as is!! Why try to scam your driver for a pool ride?
There is no way to change it after the ride has been requested but you shouldnt pick them up - they are just trying to take advantage of you.
