Uber's latest squeeze (as in blood from a stone.)

Uber is now lowering the wages to 7.95 an hour (gross) at times.  Can this be legal.

What they do is offer a surge, but then lower the ride fare to a rate that is often $2.50.   or more accurately 16 cents per mile.

The surge is a fake out.  Now that they no longer offer a per minute and per mile rate, they can offer what ever they want and their true colors are showing.

Can anything be done?   Of course I have proof.
