Uber SUV or Uber XL
Uber X and Uber Black are regular sedans and can seat up to 4 people. While there is most likely some room in the trunk, with 4 pieces of luggage, you probably won't be able to adequately stow everything.
I recommend calling an SUV or XL.

This article might be helpful. It outlines all the different rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc) services by car type, passenger capacity, and luggage capacity!
I agree with Ippei. You will be most comfortable in an Uber XL or SUV (SUV is the fancier version of the XL) but if your luggage is reasonably sized (can all fit in the trunk of a sedan) and you are on a budget then you should be fine with an Uber X!
