RideGuru adds Blacklane, Taxify, and Taxicode to Fare Comparison Calculator

This week our team added 3 more transportation companies to our RideGuru Fare Comparison Calculator. We are excited to welcome Blacklane, Taxify, and Taxicode to the RideGuru community!

Blacklane

Blacklane is a black car/limo company based out of Berlin. Blacklane connects riders to professional chauffeurs via their mobile app and website. Currently Blacklane does not personally own its own fleet, but instead works with local chauffeurs and companies in each of their respective supported cities. Blacklane provides top tier cars such as Mercedes E and S Class, BMW 5 and 7 Series, Lincoln Town Cars and more. Through Blacklane you can prebook your ride at a fixed rate so you always know the price before you ride. Blacklane is available in over 250 cities worldwide.

Taxify

Taxify is a ride-hailing smartphone app that connects riders with local taxis and private drivers in various cities throughout Europe and Africa. Taxify offers rides in real-time meaning there is no current option to pre-book your ride. Once nice thing about Taxify is they do offer a variety of payment options from cash to in-app payment (credit card) to even business and telecom payments in some markets. Taxify is currently available for download on android, iOS, and windows phones.

Taxicode

Taxicode is an aggregator for pre-booked ground transportation throughout the UK. Taxicode allows riders to book cabs, executive cars, minibuses, and coach-hire in all classes of vehicle standard such as executive and VIP/chauffeur. When you book with Taxicode, all prices are fixed so you will always know the exact fare in advance. Taxicode vehicles are currently available for booking through their app and website.
