RideGuru Outage 3/1/18

Dear RideGuru Fans,

You may have noticed yesterday, that RideGuru was offline and inaccessible. Around 11pm on 2/28, our venerable ride.guru server unexpectedly breathed its last breath. Despite our best efforts to revive it, it was not to be and we had no choice but to pull the plug on RideGuru.

We know how frustrating it is when a site you depend on goes down and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please know that our team was working around the clock to get a fix in place and early this morning, we were able to get back online to bring you the fare estimates and community you have come to know and love. In our efforts to get back online as quickly as possible, we have moved ride.guru to a new (and improved) hosting provider where we can provide you with even faster service.

We appreciate all our fans and the many emails and tweets we received over the past 36 hours. Thanks for making RideGuru possible and as always let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
