  I am not sure what to think.

   Are we to commend Uber and the state they caught these pervs from driving?  Or are we to be concerned that so many rapists and criminals are applying to drive?  ...or are there just that many criminals in the world?  

  This is freaking me out a little.

  Where's the honor and pride. What a horrible attitude. Honor your commitments. These are real people requesting for your service.  These are real people's lives you are affecting my abruptly cancelling them, and they did nothing wrong.

  I sorta feel responsible to tell passengers of these two pieces of info. Misunderstandaing can lead to bad things.

  That lag bit I have noticed quite a lot. I have instructed drivers poorly while following the GPS screen too closely.

  This is a random tip, but if you have American Express, they come with roadside assistance. There may be a small fee. It depends on the card level you have.  If you have Amex Gold, then it's all free.  I cancelled my AAA a few years ago when I realized I had it.
