  Every driver I spoke to. They ahte it saying it isn't worth it.  I think there was a thread on this forum about it too.

   6 years ago in  Lyft has been around longer than Uber. History Lesson.

  The entity has existed before Uber but not Lyft and its rideshares.  Look closer.  Uber in 2009 and Lyft in 2012.

  I thought Uber would cover those needs just fine. With taxi drivers struggling they thought to add more cabs on the streets?  

  I admit it isn't as easy to get a cab outside of Manhattan, I do see the irony in their launching this service just as Uber was getting massive traction. I mean, this thing started in 2013. Now that long ago.
