My Uber account is registered in the US with my US phone number. This is a US-only phone, so I use a different 'travel phone' when I'm out of the US with 2 SIM card slots: one for Mexico and one for the UK. Can I just change the account phone number to my Mexican number, for example, and then use the travel phone for Uber there? Can I do the same for the UK/EU (at least for now) by changing my account phone number to the UK number on the travel phone? And, finally, can I use the same payment options that are currently in my account? One Uber account - two phones - two or more non-US numbers on SIM cards. Will this work or is there a better way to do this?

Hi,
I've been trying to recover the phone number that I was using before when I use to drive for uber and the app keeps on sending verification code to the number and I don't recall such number. I've been sending online, trying to call and even visited the hub but no help since they want me to do the booking and it's impossible for me because I can't login
Why not just sign up for Uber with your international number. Each phone number can have its own Uber account.
Added benefit is that you don't have to keep logging in and out on the same phone.
Hm, I don't know about the whole changing your number situation, sorry! But I have traveled and kept my payment information the same, you will just need to alert your credit card that you will be in a different country.
Thanks for taking the time to respond! My card can be used internationally, no worries. The problem seems to be that Uber chokes on using a different phone. My US phone plan will not work overseas, which is why I use SIM cards in a different phone. I'm thinking maybe set up a second account for the travel phone....
Ya, that would probably be your best bet. Maybe you can refer your new number and get some type of new rider promotion :)
