Cash Outs

I’ve been driving for Uber about 3 months. Ive always been able to do a cash out 5 times a day. All of  a sudden, about 3 days ago until the present, they are only giving me 3 cash outs. What gives?  Has this happened to anyone else??  And i have not changed anything pertaining to my bank account or debit card. Just seems really strange. Im currently waiting on a reply from Uber, but when they do respond, they somehow never answer the actual question you have. Thanks peeps!
