Hi Carver. I am sorry it costs so much for your trip but can you explain why it costs so much? A four mile trip should not cost you more than $15 with Uber or Lyft especially at the time of the morning. Anyhow,Good Luck To You!
Call the hospital. Ask if they have any ride options. Often there are Non Emergency Medical Transportation options available that insurance or Medicare/Medicaid will cover for you, and these are usually set up through the hospital.
