You guys got it wrong or misled the public about fare estimate standards taxi in Winnipeg Manitoba  Canada.  For example I took taxi from airport to Delta Hotel which is downtown  it cost me $19.85(@10pm) and going back to airport $20.65(@4pm). Why did you put it in your website it costs $30.00.  Very disappointed.

Hi, was this for a taxi, or for Uber or Lyft, or something else?

I under stand that.  Let's say you own a restaurant (I use to own) if any third party  posted on their website your price of plate  estimate $30.00 instead $22 to$25 which is  your price is $20.00.  I don't think your going to be happy.

Hi, sorry to hear we were a bit off on our estimate. I will have our team look into the rates we have for Winnipeg to make sure they are correct.

Would you have preferred a $15 estimate and been billed $25?

That's why it's called a Fare  E-S-T-I-M-A-T-E   The amount can vary depending on s lot of different factors, like demand at the time the time your ride is needed.

Your most accurate guesstimate would have been to approach the taxi company directly rather than seeking an estimate at a 3rd party website.
