That's pretty much a confirmation that police officers do indee plant things in people's cars.

This driver did nothing wrong, right? I wonder why he just didn't comply. Just per right, I guess.
My point is that even if he stepped out and did things the officer asked, no harm would have come to him. The police was probably trying to mitigate risk, say a chance this dude was dangerous or something. It's hard to blame the cope, because I feel like there must have been a reason. (then again I didn't really carefully watch the video.)

No, but some of them are managing some big egos. Cops can get a little badge heavy when they are having a bad day.
