I saw an Uber driver driving wrecklessly, weaving through traffic, cutting people off, and finally dropping someone in a travel lane. I tweeted this publicly to Uber who immediately responded with a link to report the incident online.
The problem? I had to log in with my Uber account and choose what ride this was about. Well, I was an observer and not a rider, so I am not able to submit the report. That doesn't seem to make sense. Do Uber not care unless you are a paying customer?

It's all fun and games for Uber until we all admit that it's a perfect tool for murders and criminals.
Someone somewhere will die because this app allows anyone to call a complete stranger to their exact location.
Taxi services have existed for hundreds of years and Uber is the safest yet with background checks and an ability for everyone to check the location of those drivers. Don't be digging on a great improvement to an existing problem.
