The waiting area is horrific dirty people smelly smoking loud obnoxious music disgusting port-a-potties. I feel very violated being a woman waiting for a ride at PHL in the designacted  area

    I was never able to get an airport request in PHL other than being in the staging lot (I never go to the airport on purpose to just sit and wait for the rides), seems like there are always large number of cars sitting there, waste of time in my opinion
